As we’re just a little under two weeks until Christmas, time is of the essence when it comes to buying gifts. If you’re staying local to celebrate with family, chances are there’s a craft beer lover on your list of people to shop for. If you’re traveling, now may be the chance to spread the love and gift some beer and sweet gear from your favorite Bellingham watering hole. Luckily, many breweries and tap houses have new merchandise, gift cards, a consistent stock of bottles and more. Here’s just a few places to look for things to deck out the beer lover in your life.

Kulshan Brewing Company

If you’ve been paying attention at all over the last year, you’d notice that Kulshan underwent a gradual but seriously awesome mountain-focused makeover. Since then, their cans and their merchandise show places just down the highway like Heliotrope ridge and other Mt. Baker must-see’s. Whether you’re in the market for a hoodie for yourself, or hats with Kulshan’s sleek new logo for the people on your gift list, Kulshan has it all. (Even Stanley insulated adventure steins, for when you’re seeking proper outdoor “glassware). Recently, Kulshan added a Kitten Mittens Winter Ale mountain bike fender to their shop as well.

Structures Brewing

Structures recently celebrated their 3rd anniversary, releasing special glassware and new shirts, but recently launched their online store as well. You can find original logo gear, as well as new Forest King inspired hoodies by artist Matt Reid, and pre-orders for their Junior baseball tees from earlier this summer. If you’re lucky, you might catch a day where they have a new order of beanies handmade by the owner’s mom.

Twin Sisters Brewing Company

Twin Sisters is one of the newer breweries in town, but their merchandise is classic and will make you feel like it’s been your favorite sweatshirt or t shirt for years. If you’ve loved the atmosphere and buzz at Twin Sisters so far, you should definitely invest in some of their super comfortable and functional merchandise, whether you are staying in and cozying up in one of their plaid blankets or heading outside in a hoodie or hat. They have all their merchandise available at Bellingham Beer Garden as well as in their online store.

Stemma Brewing

Stemma merchandise is finally here! This merchandise launch was also their logo reveal and it is sleek to say the least. They are offering t-shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeves, and club memberships on their website. Club memberships include trying new brews first, crawlers to go, discounts on merchandise and more! Be one of the first to rock some Stemma wear before they even open.

Chuckanut Brewery

Chuckanut has stepped up their hat game this year, offering different styles, colors and logos on their new five panels, trucker hats and beanies. They also have an updated logo on some shirts and hoodies, which are so incredibly soft might we add. If you’re lacking packaging for your gifts this year, some of these new items in Chuckanut’s merchandise line may just roll up and fit perfectly into one of their 1/2 or full liter steins.

Shop Chuckanut merchandise at North (Bellingham) and South Nut (Skagit) locations as well as online here.

Aslan Brewing Co.

Aslan has always had some really killer merchandise, but they also carry a couple unique things that set them apart. You may have seen the sleek looking Strideline socks around town, with patterns like palm leaves, galaxy, Dawn Patrol blue and a gradient grey. These would make a great stocking stuffer for anyone who wears socks and drinks beer…so all of Bellingham. Aslan also up-cycles their Weyermann malt bags into totes and in this case, a yoga mat sling! If you want a few different pieces of Aslan swag for a low price, you can check out their gift bundle, including a shirt, a sticker, two coasters and two pint glasses.

It’s worth mentioning that Aslan is hosting a Holiday Bazaar featuring 17 different local vendors, this Saturday from 2-8 at the Depot location.

Boundary Bay Brewery

Boundary Bay has gifts for all ages and styles! If you’re buying for a future beer drinker (under 21, or even under 1), Boundary Bay has onesies as well as children’s t-shirts for $15. Need something for their mom or dad and still trying to stick with the B-Bay theme? They also offer Save The Ales flannels that are nice and thick, as well as rain jackets because lets face it, we live in Bellingham. Maybe you’re buying for three generations? There’s also a retro 60’s bus club tie dye available, too.
