Aslan Brewing has been on a roll lately. It has become more and more accepted in the Bellingham community and its recent awards attest to the growing quality of it’s beer. The canning of their popular Batch 15 IPA has been met with open arms by it’s fans. They have been pushing into the Seattle market and beyond as well, expanding the reach of Washington’s only certified organic brewery.
All of this means we shouldn’t be surprised that Aslan Brewing is expanding.
“We are so excited! We’ve maxed out”, according the Marketing Director CJ Good. To make room for the increasing demand of their beer, this Thursday at 7am, they will be adding two (2) 45 barrel fermenters. The fermenters are from Marks Design and Metalworks from Vancouver WA. Right now Frank Trosset, Aslan’s Head Brewer, is moving equipment to make room. Bellingham’s new planned breweries should be on notice: Our breweries continue to grow, add capacity and garner demand. Be ready to brew! Bellingham beer drinkers, be ready to drink!
