As a fitting end to Beer Week join Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen at 601 W. Holly, Bellingham on April 28th for a fun evening of food and beer pairings inside the brewery! This special dining event features five gourmet dishes, each expertly paired with a Chuckanut beer that will be described by brewmaster Will Kemper.
Course 1: Mexican Style Lager paired with a Spring Egg (pickled quail egg in nest of shredded spring veggies)
Course 2: Dortmunder Lager with Wild Mushroom Croquettes & micro basil greens
Course 3: Schwarz bier with Creme d’Asparagus soup and crispy leeks
Course 4: Maibock with Chicken Cordon Bleu dressed in a Kolsch buerre blanc, potato galette accompanied by balsamic roasted spring veggies
Course 5: New World Hop Ale and a Strawberry Pots de Creme
