Cider University: Cheese & Cider Pairing with Lindsay of Twin Sisters Creamery – Join us for our last October class and learn about the world of food and beverage pairing! We all love cider, and I’m going to bet that we all love cheese too, so we’re going to enjoy the two together and learn why they can complement each other so well. What kind of cheese pairs best with dry Spanish cider? What kind of cider pairs best with a creamy bleu cheese? These questions and more will be answered on October 28th.

Not only will we be learning a lot, but we will be eating and drinking quite a bit – perfect for a date night or a treat-yourself kind of evening! Tuition includes a “meal’s worth” of cheese, fruit, and bread, and a lecture/discussion led by Lindsay from Twin Sisters Creamery. $35 for solo students or $60 for duos! Bring your SO, best friend, or whoever you’d like to share a cheesy meal with. See you in class!
