Illuminati Brewing has announced it’s open date.

All three of their fermenters will be full by today and they might even have a beer on tap by Sept. 8th, next Friday. Owner Bill Kimmerly said that the soft opening will be Sept. 15th (Same date as the release of the new fall and winter Tap Trail Map!) The official Grand Opening will be on October 13th.

Illuminati will share a taproom and production space with Masquerade Wine at 3950 Hammer Drive, Suite 101, in Bellingham. Both Illuminati and Masquerade Wine are owned by Kimmerly.

Illuminati Brewing’s opening will bring the number of breweries on the Tap Trail to 13! Yep, that’s thirteen breweries to find your way through this fall and winter. The newest Tap Trail map will have 22 locations on it, including the newly opened Melvin Brewing and the newly opened Overflow Taps in Barkley Village.
