A special release to celebrate the autumn season. The
delicate dance of rye, barley and hops begins with a copper
color complemented by lingering light tan foam. Hop Rye’s assertive bitterness is due to healthy dose of hops through stages of the brew. The addition of flaked rye adds a spicy element to the fruity and citrusy flavors from the Washington-grown hops. Hop Rye is a smooth and complex ale perfect for those cool autumn nights.
