Atwood Ales
Grange Bretta Farmhouse Ale
Built on the same recipe and process as our flagship Grange Farmhouse Ale, but with the addition of three different strains of Brettanomyces yeast for bottle conditioning. Barrel Aged and then bottle conditioned for 5 months, the Brett adds mild funky, barnyard character with notes of tropical and stone fruit to the toast, biscuit, spice and pepper flavors of our classic Grange recipe. Dunkels Lagerbier
The “Altmünchner Bier” is the original lager of Munich. Prior to the creation of pale lager, Dunkel, or Dunkles if you are in Franconia, was the only lagerbier produced in Southern Germany. The mash was double decocted and consisted of pilsner and munich malts, along with a small portion of caramel malt. Two additions of Mittlefruh hops create the needed balance without being bitter. Rich malt notes of chocolate, and toffee leads to a refreshingly dry and balanced finish. As with all of our lagers this beer was naturally carbonated and held below freezing temperatures in our cellar for a minimum of 4 weeks. All of the ingredients used came from Deutschland.

Lost Giants Cider
Kviek Cider
The Kviek Cider: This unfiltered cider was made with a blend of Washington apples and fermented in an oak barrel with a traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast strain called Kveik (pronounced “Kuh-Vike”). This specialty yeast gives the cider aromas and flavors of pineapple, tangerine and stone fruits. The mouthfeel is slightly tart and finishes dry with no residual after tastes. Kveik means “yeast” in a particular Norwegian dialect and has been used for many generations in the farmhouse brewing traditions of Norway.
