FIFA, aka French India Farmhouse Ale, is a Farmhouse style IPA brewed specifically for our hometown football club, Bellingham United. This juicy beer initially greets your nose with a spicy array that is blended nicely with pine needles and citrus peels. The palate consists of a heavy dose of white grapefruit, lending a very fun and approachable bitterness. As it washes down, you are left with a nice clean/dry finish that is soft and mellow. This year we have added a brand new hop, Jarrylo, to the mix.
Hops: Bravo, Cascade, Jarrylo, Mosaic, Sterling
Malt: 2-Row Pale, Pilsner, Rye, Wheat

Anniversary Double IPA: Get a sneak-peek taste of our two year anniversary double IPA that will officially be released May 20th!

Disco Lemonade (Berliner Weisse): Our first sour that was originally brewed in collaboration with our friends at the Bellingham Homebrewers Guild is back just in time for summer! This refreshing wheat beer is brewed to style, which dates back to the Middle Ages and is often referred to as “The People’s Champagne”. The tartness of this beer will bring out hints of lemon, while the generous amount of wheat will round out the body lending a remarkable similarity to lemonade. Enjoy as is or add a shot of Raspberry syrup for a twist! 3.5% ABV // 4 IBU // 1.040 OG, Hops: Hallertau, Malt: Pilsner, Wheat

Cedar Dust – Brewed with five varieties of big hops, all bred and grown in WA state, Cedar Dust IPA has adistinctive herbal pine, citrus aroma. The  addition of Mosaic hops, provide subtle blueberry undertones followed by a spicy, earth mouthfeel. Smooth and naturally carbonated, it has a unique blend of malts (including a secret dark malts!) which provide just enough backbone to balance it’s big hop character. Complex, delicious and refreshing! As they say, a bit of wood makes a big difference. OG 16 // IBU’s 66 // 6.5% ABV

Jack Daniels Barrel Aged Oatmeal Stout – Aromas of honey and caramel are prevalent, supporting complex notes of vanilla and creme caramel. Bitter roast flavors poke through with coffee, dark fruit that level with the whiskey flavors. The smooth finish is surprisingly refreshing, slightly sweet and rounded on the tongue. OG 21 // IBU’s 37 // 9.6% ABV

Ginger Peach Blonde – Fresh grated ginger gives this blonde a spicy finish along with the aroma and flavor of peach. One of Boundary’s most unique brews., OG 12 // 45 IBU’s // 5.1% ABV

Chuckanut Brewery

Rauch Helles: A collaboration with Chuckanut and Redhook brewers to create a smoky style Helles Lager. This beer captures the unique smoky flavors of the Rauch Lager with the gentle easy going nature of the Helles Lager. This interesting collaboration creates a golden beer with deep malty flavor spiked with mild smoky overtones due to the use of beech wood smoked malted barley. OG 11.5 Plato, 4.7% ABV, 18 IBUs.

Maibock: Chuckanut’s is lighter in color but similar in strength to the true Bock. This beer got its name because it was traditionally taken out of aging in May (Mai in German). Moderate bitterness serves to balance out a slightly sweet full-bodied pallet packed with rich, bready, and round flavors and a deep golden color. The malt is the star of Bock and there’s plenty of it, delivering alcohol strength of 7%. Chuckanut Maibock carries its weight gracefully, it’s not a sticky sweet lager, but full bodied & dangerously drinkable! ABV 7% IBUs 27.
