The US isn’t the only one drinking our craft beer. We’re shipping it around the world, so others can drink it too. Craft beer is all about sharing, isn’t it? Well, the numbers just released by the Brewer’s Association show that sharing it at an all-time high with our international friends. The world drank $116million of American craft beer in 2015, or ~446,000 barrels.
The growth between 2014-2015 shows that Western Europe leads the way in growth with 33%. Canada still leads in overall volume and accounts for 51% of total exports.
